The food was FINE, great service. The room was great-sized and contemporary, with climate control, a coffee table, and a writing desk. The pool was good and I had soft drinks in the coffee bar. Remote location was a plus.

As for me, the area was extremely busy.

What a beautifully kept hotel with efficient staff on night shift! The venue has amazing location so close to the airport as well as the adjoining restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Etobicoke district.

We really enjoyed it and recommend to anyone!

When waiting for the airport shuttle, make sure you know its pickup location. It doesn't stop at the door, which can be inconvenient.

great stay but minor issues

The room décor was modern and fresh , made for a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

The TV setup could be more user-friendly.

The location is good, and the room that I stayed in was gorgeous!

I went here last year for a convention, and this year again, I went for the same convention, and on both occasions of me staying there, I felt that some of the hotel staff really didn't care. I understand that there was a vast influx of people there, but last year when I stay there, I had to flag somebody in at the front desk to check me in while they were standing there, talking to their co-worker about nonsense. At least this year, they were actually able to check me in before they went to talk to their co-worker about nonsense! Just not very becoming of a hotel front desk attendant.

The rooms with other amenities...

Pay television, a sitting area and ironing facilities were available in my signature king room. The location for Toronto was unbeatable and amazing, near to the restaurant and the airport.

Excellent rate through online booking. Clean, comfortable and good location.

TV had issues with channels. The channels available were not what was shown on the channel listing for the hotel. In fact about 70% of the channels were actually the same channel.All I wanted to do the evening before my flight home after a long week was watch the hockey game on CBC. The listing said CBC was channel 6. No hockey game found on any channels.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy, but I did notice an issue with the air conditioning not getting cool enough, which was a bit disappointing. A solid stay with great service.

Excellent hotel. was well impressed with the efficiency and friendly service of reception, and Moxies bar and restaurant staff. Exceeded our exceptions. That you for a very pleasant stay. Would recommend and also stay again.
